This policy explains what information the Farstar website may process and how to contact us about privacy.

If you submit a form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and other information you voluntarily provide. The hosting platform may also process standard technical data required for site operation and security.
Contact details and message content are used to respond to enquiries and discuss products, supply and potential cooperation. We do not sell personal data.
Information submitted through website forms is processed by Formspree and delivered to Farstar so we can respond. Google Analytics is used to measure site visits and interactions without sending form content or the contact details entered in forms to Analytics. When a link includes UTM campaign parameters, the site stores them only in browser session storage so an inquiry can be attributed to its visit source. Email, WhatsApp and other external services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
